Managed Billing / Claims

Pricing

Month-to-Month: 6% of total net collections, including patient co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, self-pay, and insurance reimbursements. There is a $50 fee for EDI enrollments, re-credentialing, and updating payer demographics or addresses. New payer credentialing costs $300$175 per commercial payer and $300 per government payer (Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare).

Annual Plan: 5.5 % of total net collections, including patient co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, self-pay, and insurance reimbursements. EDI enrollments, re-credentialing, and payer updates are included at no extra charge. New payer credentialing is also included, with up to two requests per month (24 per year). Additional credentialing requests are $175 for commercial payers and $300 for government payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare).
